This picture taken from the top of the first chair lift looks across to the Ruapehu Ski Club - the largest of a score or more of Club Lodges in Ruapehu's new "alpine village." Just over its roof is the staircase, a favourite ski slope, and to the left is the T-bar tow and the second chair lift, with Pinnacle Ridge.
